- Makes sales and retain current customer & develop a new market to archive the business's objectives.
- Manage & handle with customer's complaint to retain the brand's reputation in customer mind.
- Training & coaching new sales staffs to ensure best service provided.
- Monitor and supervise all sales' activities within the region.
- Have strategies within the region to reach the target of sales & productivity and risk controlling.
- Co-operate and working closely with partners.
- Certify as a reliable person for cooperation, get the commitment & support from partners.
- High ability of deployment, monitoring, checking, reviewing, decision making

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Age from 35 Graduated from College/university
- 5 years in Sales with at least 2 years in management experience, strong in Market development, Sales.
- Ability to work independently.
- Have experience in sales Steel Metal Coil Products
- Able to work under pressure, challenge
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Leadership & management skills.
- 5 years in Sales with at least 2 years in management experience, strong in Market development, Sales.
