Mô tả công việc
Your responsibilities include:
• Develop great relationships with travel agents and key partners in market;
• Meet and exceed revenue targets for Qantas in Vietnam;
• Promote Qantas as the preferred airline to Australia, New Zealand & London/UK;
• Plan, develop and implement initiatives for revenue generation,
• Manage pricing analysis & proposals with revenue management to ensure pricing is competitive in Vietnam;
• Report on market intelligence and Sale Call Activities;
• Coordinate local marketing activities such as agent incentives to improve Qantas brand awareness in market;
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external customers and groups in market
• Identification and exploitation of new opportunities for business growth through existing and new channels and support achievement of channel shift;
• Conduct sales calls with travel agencies & corporate customers
• Conduct regular account/customer reviews;
• Act as a team player working collaboratively across the organisation supporting the
delivery of team goals and targets.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
To be successful in this role you will display:
• Prior airline sales, travel agency or hotel management experience;
• Prior experience with SalesForce
• Proficient in English
• Strong experience in sales and marketing
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, travel trade, & airline market dynamics
• Self‐motivated, self-disciplined; Results Orientated, adaptable, flexible and agile
• Commercial capability to contribute to business process change
• Analysis skills
• Team player
**** Salary and title negotiable dependant on level of experience.
