- Approach new Customer to introduce Healthcare Insurance (CORPORATE CUSTOMERS) Target Customer: EMI (Energy, Mining and Infrastructure), Education & Hospitality
- Take care existing Customer to Develop new & extension businesses
- Develop an aggressive sales strategy and action plan to achieve monthly and annual sales & business targets for new and existing business
- Significant experience required within and selling to the Oil, Gas and Mining Industry, Education & Hospitality Sector with a heavy emphasis on cross-border solutions.
- Experience working with and directing expert/medical professionals.
Benefits:
- Reports To: Head of Sales & Marketing (French – Male)
- Working time: Monday – Friday
- Location: Phu Nhuan District, HCMC
- Salary: 2500 – 4000USD (Gross) + Attractive Incentive + Attractive Benefit

1. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales & Marketing, or its equivalent.
2. Required Work Experience:
- At least 5 Years of consultative sales experience – Sales B2B (Corporate), have experience Sales B2B in Insurance / Banking
- Priority candidates for INSURANCE BROKERAGE EXPERIENCE
- Candidate has good networking with Companies from Manufacturing, Education, Construction & Hospitality
- Significant experience required within and selling to the Oil, Gas and Mining Industry, Education & Hospitality Sector with a heavy emphasis on cross-border solutions.
- Experience working with and directing expert/medical professionals.
3. Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong SALES HUNTER instinct, drive, and determination with a proven track record in business development activities selling complex B2B solutions to multinational companies, schools or hospitality in a fast moving, global 24/7 environment.
- Strong consultative and selling solution business knowledge, preferably in Energy, Mining, Infrastructure, Education & Hospitality sector.
- Results driven with a high passion, drive, and motivation.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Networking skills. Ability to collaborate, co-operate and communicate effectively within a demanding, culturally diverse, matrix organization.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate and react to frequently changing the business climate
- Excellent communications; able to deliver client presentations with ease and flair.
- Persuasive, articulate and able to work with and influence people at all levels, nationalities, and personalities.
- International exposure and mindset, combined with cultural sensitivity and effectiveness in a multicultural environment.
