I/ Sales Manager ( Kitchen, F&B):
Job Descriptions
Sales development:
- Main task is to increase sales
- Create and develop sales plan to achieve goal set by the Company
- Be responsible for the Sales & marketing of Products handle by the Company
Market intelligence:
- Be able to know where to get market information and other relevant information to enhance the sales
- Seize market trend, competitors and products’ application, make report to Director and initiate appropriate action plans
- Research, develop and implement long & short term marketing plans
Customer management:
- Understand of the business & knowing the Customers are important
- Maintain existing customer and improving business relationship
- Provide prompt response related to quality, technical applications, inquiries and other related issues
- Conduct customers’ assessments and analyses to ensure the strategic focus is in the right place
Sales Team management:
- Must be a good example and self-motivated, result-oriented person
- Have Leadership quality: plan, organize, train, manage and control Sales staffs
II/ Sales Supervisor and Sales Executive (Kitchen, F&B):
Job Descriptions
1. Introduce and sell company's products (equipment, bakery, ice cream, ingredient …) to HRC customers (Hotel, Resort, Restaurant, Coffee shop, Fast food and beverage chain…)
2. Understand customer's need to consult, support customers
3. Implement company's marketing activities and promotion to maximize sales volume
4. Build and keep good relationship with customers
5. Survey market's trend, customer's need and competitor's activities to report to Management team.
6. Achieve company's KPIs (sales volume, coverage, open new customer..)
7. Make working plan and report weekly and monthly

- Over 3 years experience of Sales & Marketing Management in Kitchen, F&B and Horeca.
- Strong leadership ability
- Salary : 1000$ - 2000$
- Hard working and positive attitude
- Good communication in English.
II/ Sales Supervisor and Sales Executive (Kitchen, F&B):
Requirement:
- Age of 22 to 35.
- Salary: 700$ - 900 $ for Sales Supervisor; 6 - 8 millions VND + % ( >12 millions VND) for Sales Executive
- Sales experience: from 1-3 years.
- Prefer to knowledge about food and beverage for HORECA channel.
- Good communication in English.
Requirement:
- Over 3 years experience of Sales & Marketing Management in Kitchen, F&B and Horeca.
- Strong leadership ability
- Salary : 1000$ - 2000$
- Hard working and positive attitude
- Good communication in English.
