***Position Objective:
Responsible for managing and development of IO/IS. Drive premium income through designated segments within banks and other distribution partnerships in support of the Company’s profitability and sustainable growth objectives
***Roles and Responsibilities:
• Effectively utilize, monitor, and review the key business drivers to achieve sales targets, growth, and profitability objectives.
• Responsible to drive bank partners branches to grow and achieve agreed sales, VONB and persistency targets, coaching IO/IS teams and mobilizing business development initiatives as needed.
• Maintain and build effective relationships with partners appropriate key counterparties.
• Implement and effectively utilize sales promotion activities and other marketing activities in support of profitable new business growth and existing business retention.
• Foster a strong sales and customer service culture by collaborating with colleagues and partners to enhance client satisfaction, persistency and workforce productivity.
• Fulfill legal and compliance requirements. Set high standards of professionalism, be accountable for team and partner conduct.
• To inspire the IO/IS members with coaching, counseling advice, support, motivation and information in assisting them to achieve their objectives and goals.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree is required;
• 3 years experience in insurance, banking, finance sectors;
• Experience in leading a sales team;
• Good leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
