o Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and meeting planned sales goals on BMS solutions.
o Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
o Market research and development
o Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
o Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and have 7-8 years of experience in sales
o Having experience in Building/Engineering Construction, MEP (Mechanics & Electricity), ELVE (Extra Low Voltage Electricity)
o Having experience in selling BMS (Building Management System) solution or relevant all platforms/ software (serviced by Honeywell, SIEMENS, Johnson Controls or Schneider)
o Having strong knowledge on HVAC & Plumbing control system (BMS)
o Having general knowledge on Elec. monitoring / Lighting Control System, ELV system
o Having excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
o Having extrovert personality oriented at teamwork and high personal accountability
