Mô tả công việc
Be fully responsible for sales activities (New Sales/ After Market/ Conversion) such as:
1. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with potential customer and existing Customers
2. Identify business opportunities in target markets
3. Represent the business at conferences, seminars and networking events.
4. Being direct sales man for all jobs in the Vietnam market with support from Sales Coordinator, technical & sales support team.
5. Advise and consult customers about assigned products and assigned markets
6. Check and review biding documents & cooperate to Sales Support to make quotation and biding.
7. Follow-up activities relating to Quotation and bidding that sent to customers and propose right method to win contract.
8. Recruit and manage subordinates in order to reach the company’s goals & target.
9. Being the contact window with all levels /positions of Principals/Customers.
10. Other task within scope of professional ability as per request from Line Manager or BOD.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Age: 30 – 50.
2. Gender: Male is preferred.
3. Educational background: University-graduated from technical faculties: Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical or related faculties.
4. Must possess at least 02 years of managerial experience in sales management in the same products in oil & gas market.
5. Experience in SEALS is MUST.
6. Working experience of handling multi-products, multi – principals & in matrix sales system.
7. Proven ability in sales budgeting, planning
8. Fluent in English (Listening - Speaking – Reading – Writing)
9. Must be confident in dealing with all kinds of customers at high levels.
10. Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, leading and presentation skills.
11. Willing to travel for business within Vietnam and overseas
