Work location: 23/10 Vinh Diem Thuong, Vinh Hiep, Nha Trang
- Managing the sales team and demanding as well as enabling top performance within sales.
- Defining and monitoring sales targets for all Mercedes products (incl. accessories and services) and other targets (CSI etc.), motivating, evaluating and developing the team, supplying guidance and ensuring maximum market exploitation in accordance with Mercedes standards

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Minimum two years retail sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Specialized Knowledge
-Sales : History of Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-Benz brand, knowledge of the local market, basic commercial and legal knowledge, sales techniques, finance and insurance tools
- Marketing: Product knowledge and presentation skills, competitor product and marketing-mix knowledge, local marketing tools
- Human Resources: Detailed knowledge of leadership, staff recruitment, staff appraisal, HR development, knowledge of HR planning, basics of labor law and remuneration
- Finance/Accounting:Basic knowledge, understanding and interpretation of budgeting, cost calculation, invoicing, controlling and Contract law
-Quality Assurance: Understanding of quality management systems
