Being responsible for developing new and existing sales & merchandising of all Mirei products
• Business development with local & international supermarket and convenience store chains
• Negotiating the business contract and trade terms.
• Coordinate with Trade Marketing to plan and control promotion programs, activities and Cost, especially cooperated activities in big Event with Customer.
• To ensure the listing of new products, newly launched/relaunched products within the time frame
• Achieve the yearly, quarterly, and monthly sales target.
• Proposing business strategy and yearly/quarterly planning for MT channel.
• Monitoring daily, weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on regular basis and report to all concerned.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive performance.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Past experience in Sales Modern Trade at FMCG companies
• Past experience with supermarket chain customers is a big plus.
• Good understanding of beauty/skincare industry is a plus
• Strong integrity
• Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style
• Having sense of urgency & customer -oriented
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
