Mô tả công việc
A. JD
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Being the responsibility for sales of the retail, online and wholesales of Living PB in HCMC.
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- implementing sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Completing sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
- Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate data to superiors.
- Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
- Prepare reporting as needed

In charge of making & proceeding sale strategy to gain sale targets/ Ensure smooth operation of the store as Lotte's standards.

▪ Bachelor Degree with at least 05 Working Years in the same position
• Have knowledge of Home furniture/Kitchen Appliances areas
• Have knowledge of B2C, B2B/Online sale/Marketing/Operation
• Strategic in approach to solving problems; possess the ability to understand situations on a larger scale, but also possess the ability to manage details.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and management skills; able to communicate impactfully and influencing people positively.
• Computer Skills with MS products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in English / [other language]
• Keen interest for personal growth, and willingness to adapt to different environments.
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal oriented.
• Excels in fast-paced, competitive environment.
** WORKING CONDITION:
- 08 working hours/day, 5 days/week, 02 days off in roster.
- Strong compliance with labor regulations for Employees.
