- To source, secure and maximize revenue opportunities from a dedicated account portfolio and leverage all sales tools and programs for maximum conversion.
- To develop local and overseas group travel accounts, incentive house as well as FIT/group sales solicitation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum 4 years’ experience managing Sales in 5-star hotels, particularly in commercial accounts
• Pre-opening experience within Vietnam is priority
• Strong in inter-personality and out going
• Proficiency in English communication both writing & speaking, computer literate
• Strong in driving results
• Understand hotels market positioning for transient and group market segments.
• Effective sales communication skills and personal performance.
• Solicit new accounts, maintain and/or increase business of existing accounts.
• Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
• Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner.
• Use problem solving methodology for decision making and follow-up.
• Broad understanding of function and group room space management.
• Proven ability in group sales process and related strategies.
• Maximize revenue by up-selling packages and creative food & beverage.
• Understanding and achievement of team and individual goals.
• Familiarity and knowledge of all departments within the hotel
