- Fully in charge of running Project sales team
- Assign, monitor and set objectives for key accounts and sales representatives.
- Accompany sales representatives on existing key accounts and large new customer calls.
- Provide leadership and input for pricing proposals and strategic plans for key accounts.
- Monitor sales trends, market dynamics, product performance results and customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products and services, and to provide sales support.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of outside sales representatives to pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions and achieve sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Submit short and long term sales plans and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach designated targets.
- Participate in leadership meetings and represent associate concerns, policies and guidelines to the management team.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Graduate, major in HVAC would be a huge advantage
- Age: over 30
- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in HVAC products sales with some already existing client packages
- Sales-oriented, self-motivated
- Strong in communication skill, strong in leadership skill
- Good command of English/ Chinese would be advantage
