Enterprise Software team :
Currently, Trusting Social provides two main products: consumer credit score API for banks, and B2C loan marketplace that connects banks with consumers.
Enterprise software team is responsible for the following areas:
1. Telco-side software solutions:
• Design and develop Big Data and software solutions such as Hadoop, Spark, GPU computing, and SMS gateways to be deployed on-premise in MNOs' data centers
• Collaborate and negotiate with MNO's functional teams (data, IT and compliance) to adapt and implement our software to their specific requirements
• Manage on-going relationship with MNO's functional teams
• Develop software to monitor system performance and be responsible for system stability
2. Bank-side software solutions:
• Design and develop credit scoring and lead generation APIs for FIs and other clients (banks, insurance companies, e-commerce sites)
• Support financial institutions to integrate with our credit scoring and lead generation systems
• Provide dashboard and other self-service solutions to FIs
• Research and develop new online lending/banking solutions for FIs
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team!

As the Sales Manager, you will be a key leader of the Business Development team. During this phase of expansion, you will be managing the team to achieve growth and hit client acquisition targets. Your role not only involves generating leads and closing sales on the ground, but also entails designing and implementing sales systems and strategies for continued, sustainable expansion. This requires a hands-on Professional with strong results-orientation and great negotiation skills
Here are some ways you’ll be working together with us:
• Manage the business development team to achieve sales targets through objective-setting, performance monitoring and coaching
• On-the-ground sales work, which includes lead generation, networking and pitching
• Build strong client relationships to increase adoption
• Develop and implement improvements to systems and processes in the sales pipeline
• Strategic planning to increase our clientele

• At least 10 years at same level or relevant
• Experienced and able to drive lead generation
• Have prior B2B sales experience
• Good leadership and communication skills
• On the ground sales performer
• Results-oriented and able to lead the team to get results
• Self-motivated and go-getter in achieving sales results
