Mô tả công việc
• Identifying CubiCost target customers; establish and manage the target customer data base;
• Understand and communicate the value proposition of CubiCost solutions (independent product demo).
• Identifying customer requirements, cultivating customer relationships and promoting CubiCost software products to potential commercial clients.
• Achieve the sales quotas and adjust the sales strategy based on the market change;
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Sales contract preparation; payment follow-up; Assist in after-sales service etc.
• Other jobs assigned by the GM.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualification & Experience
• Can work under pressure;
• Bachelor or above degree, the major of civil engineer or construction would be preferable;
• More than 2+ years’ software sales experience, with experiences in construction/IT/software industry desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Clearly understanding the ‘Selling Cycle’.
• Fluent English or Chinese communication
• The excellent fresh graduates also can challenge this job.
