ABB Vietnam is seeking a Sales Manager (F&B Segment) to join our Country Sales team who would lead marketing and Sales activities across division/business units by winning customer experience for business growth in Vietnam. This position develop and implement a market-based strategy including direct, third party and project sales. Joining our team in Ho Chi Minh city and reporting to the Country Sales Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
• Interprets the global strategy to meet Country requirements and implements with country specific action plans. Leads the definition of the industry group footprint (market presence, execution standards and delivery model).
• Helps define and then delivers key targets (e.g. volume, prices, portfolio mix) and ensures these are achieved for the segment(s). Ensures detailed business/sales plans are in place with regular follow up. Drives the growth of the top line in each target industry segment.
• Activates business intelligence, benchmarking and analysis in order to identify best processes, equipment, automation practices, etc.
• Ensures ABB’s value proposition for the target segment is developed and well communicated (internally and externally). Supports development of local Sales organizations. Actively participates in the development of international standards and regulations by identifying and influencing the appropriate external bodies (including government, legislative bodies, technical and trade associations). Feeds back to the Business Units/Product Groups on market developments and requirements.
• Ensures that the major accounts in the F&B segment(s) are identified and prioritized. Act as
Account Manager for one or more major accounts in the country.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships at senior levels with the key customer and industry stakeholders.
• Ensures the team is well prepared and has the necessary internal support to pursue and manage large project contracts. Helps negotiate complex legal and commercial international frame agreements.
• Uses standard reporting tools including SFDC to accurately identify future opportunities and measure progress by segment.

To be considered for this role you should have,
Proven track record in B2B sales especially in food and beverages
Strong communication and influencing skills in both English and Vietnamese
Good negotiation, presentation & account/project management skills
Good understanding on Electricity & IT business and connection with local Key Accounts & partner network
Experience working in a global, multi-national environment, team spirit & ability to work under high pressure
