Mô tả công việc
• Study and well understand the products, manufacturing process, alloy components, technical specifications, and product characteristics.
• Cooperate with related departments to calculate selling price for each kind of products.
• Negotiate, conduct some transactions with potential clients prior to the contracts (negotiation on specification of goods, term of delivery, selling price, term of payment and other conditions of the sale contract, preparing and sending samples, and sample confirmation…).
• Receive orders from clients and discuss with production manager on the ability of adapting with the client’s requirements on the quantity, quality and delivery time.
• Take responsibility for information of orders, delivery progress, and other customers’ inquiries/ requirements and work with related departments to ensure the clients’ satisfactory.
• Providing good after-sales service to clients.
• Maintain sustainable relationship with traditional and key customers.
• Seek new potential clients, find out their needs and monitor their preferences. Work on new business opportunities.
• Analyze sales data on sales results and provide reports to the company management on weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
• Other jobs assigned by Director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Candidate must obtain at least bachelor’s level education in foreign trade, international sales, marketing or business management related, and preferably with technical background.
• At least 5 - year sales position experience and/ or 3 - year sales manager experience, especially in manufacturing companies and export – import sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving & presentation skill.
• Have ability to set and achieve targeted goals, good organization and follow-up skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Good skills of Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Hardworking, working under high pressure, enthusiasm and willing to go on business abroad.

• Salary as per negotiated.
• Other benefits:
• Working time: 08:00 – 17:00
• Number of working day per month: 23 days on average
• 13th month salary for employee who has serverance period of full 12 months.
• Attendance Incentive: 350,000 VND/person/month
• Transportation Allowance: From VND 150,000 – VND 500,000 /person/month depending on the distance from employee’s house to the pick-up point (For employee who use company’s bus) or from employee’s house to the company (for employees who use their own vehicle to work).
• Have Dormitory with full furniture of 54m2 for young family to live and protected by security guards.
• Summer vacation 1 time per year, and other benefits as per labor collective bargaining agreement (birthday party, new year party, woman day, allowance for giving birth…..)
