Mô tả công việc

Summary/Objective
Assists CEO and MD in achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Essential Functions
Sales management
1. Plan revenue of Sales Department by Week / Month / Quarter / Year.
2. Responsible for turnover assigned by project and monthly or each project.
3. Planning, allocating sales resources, business teams, allocating business quotas to business teams.
4. Organize product business directly from sales staff to customers.
5. Urge the team and sales staff to accomplish their business goals.
6. Manage sales programs, sales events.
7. To explore, exploit and create markets.
8. Building, training staff, assessing the capabilities of the sales department.
9. Manage and control product information traded on the market.
10. Manage and control the operating costs and personnel of the sales department.
11. Develop a recruitment plan, combine with the HR department to recruit and train sales staff.

Business management
1. Establish structure, an organization of business of real estate products including apartments, villas, condominiums, offices for rent, condotel, business premises.
2. Strategic planning and implementation of sales and marketing activities in the short and long term.
3. Develop and implement marketing and sales plans, strategies and forecasts to achieve company goals for products and services.
4. Researching, evaluating and synthesizing the real estate market and proposing measures to promote the business of the Company / Advise the CEO and MD on brokerage activities, competitors.
5. Plan and set up a system of potential customers and strategic partners.
7. Make periodic sales reports showing sales, potential sales and proposals to expand customers.
8. Review and analyze sales results for sales programs, costs, and plans to determine effectiveness.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. 6 years++ real estate background & 3 years at the manager level.
2. Experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently
3. Ability to work autonomously and independently with the business mindset
4. Able to meet sales target and can work under pressure.
5. Be able to lead a team.
6. English communicate is a plus.
7. Communication skills and presentation: Coherent presentation, charismatic and persuasive.
8. Skills to train and develop business team
9. Negotiation – Teamwork – Solving – Control and conflict resolution skills.
