Mô tả công việc
- Managing all sales works for the company and activities within the sales department.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Planning and implementing sales activities, Developing the sales strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Taking care of & maintain and develop customer relationships network, developing the market share
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- The ongoing training of salespeople.
- Developing sales department through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
- Promoting the organization and products
- Understanding ideal customers and how they relate to products.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Previous working experience working as a Sales Manager at least 1 years, priority in Start up Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or similar relevant field
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Dedication to providing great customers service
- In-depth knowledge of market data analysis and statistics
- Outstanding communication, written, presentation & reporting skills, especially in English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical data-driven problem solver
