Mô tả công việc
1. POWER RETAILERS MANAGEMENT
• Ensure team members have achieved monthly sales target
• Monitor team performance and conduct regular appraisals
• Sales control: Check sales progress and push sell-in since we need more sales
• Support salesman PIC communicate/ problem solving with dealers since they cannot handle
2. MAKE GOOD REALATIONSHIP WITH POWER RETAILERS
• Monthly meeting with power retailers to understand they needs and support them deploy proper promotion program to sell Sony products
• Organize quarterly Top to Top meeting with key dealers
• Regularly review work processes/ CI investment/ promotion management of each dealers
3. SALES OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
• Sell-in/ sell-out review to know the reason why sales increase or decrease by dealerwise and by each salesman PIC
• Monitor and report on progress towards achievement of plan
• Project management/ dealer calls to know and adapt with market demand
• Foster a customer-focused working environment, with clear responsibilities and expectations for team members
4. MEETING PARTICIPANT
• Regular meeting: Seihan/ South sales monthly/ Sony center monthly/ Sales & Mktg month
• Bi monthly FF meeting, and other required meeting
5. STAFF DEVELOPMENT
• Ensure staff are planned and trained with clear target, monitoring and evaluation by monthly
6. MAKE GOOD INTERNAL RELATIONSHIP
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with other Depts, especial TV marketing
• Establish a good relationships with everyone Sony employee if have any chance

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree of Business Administration or Economics or relevant major
• At least 3 year experience managing a sales team
• Knowledge of marketing, sales, customer taste (In electronics), market analysis, and supply chain
• Strong relationship management skills; special have good relationship with power retailers Dien May Xanh, Nguyen Kim and Cho Lon
• Good computer skills in word, excel, powerpoint, outlook and SAP sales system
• Catch-up Market trend, electronics market analysis (special in electronics market), sales forecast, sales planning, sales skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Remains calm under pressure
• Open-mind and integrity
• At least 3 year experience managing a sales team
