Sales Manager

- Responsible for the sales budget.
- Make commercial quotation incl. technical selection and design of heat exchangers, other bidding documents if required and follow up bidding process to secure projects.
- Coordinate and cooperate with cross-functional sales team to maximize sales in the given territory.
- Build up and maintain good and professional relation to contractors, consultants and other parties in the business field to gain new business and retain it.
- Monitor market situation, customers, competitor activities and create monthly reports to APO management.


* May have an intensive training at our Güntner's subsidiary in Surabaya/Indonesia for a better understanding of company culture, environment, customer aspects, manufacturing environment, process system, product quality, organization structure...
* Have a close lead from supervisor for a 1-2 months learning curve.

•Excellent English skills (Speaking, listening, writing, reading).
•Technical university graduated or equivalent with emphasis on refrigeration engineering.
•Experience in heat transfer applications
•Knowledge in refrigeration systems.
•Good skills in communication, motivation, creativity.
•Good computer skills (Office programes, Autocad)
•Extensive travel may be required for this position
