The Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge and experience in the Vietnam freight forwarding and logistics market to join our Hanoi team
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage relationships with potential and existing clients
• Produce and present sales proposals
• Conduct competitive analysis of competitor’s offerings and strategies
• Maintain awareness of competitive environment
• Maintain constant awareness of product offerings and developments
• Daily problem resolution
• Daily communication with customers
• Generate sustainable profitability and identify opportunities for margin enhancement
• Communicate and implement strategy with customers
• Create and develop strategies and plans for effectively managing accounts
• Review monthly lost business, less trading customer and deliver corrective action.
• Develop new business opportunities for selling company products and services to new and/or existing customers.
• Have a strong general market knowledge

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Key Competencies and Skills Required:
• Previous experience in the Freight Forwarding industry, 5 years within Forwarding Operations / Sales / Customer Service / Major Accounts;
• Willingness to travel to meet with clients
• Driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated to succeed
• Attention to detail, sense of urgency and excellent organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, while delivering independent results
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in customer relationship
• Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.
• Relationship management and influencing skills;
• Essential computer skills (Microsoft Office Applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Expert product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with customers at all levels
