Mô tả công việc
• Prepare and execute sales strategy and action plans for assigned sales territories with local distributors and agents in the search of sales leads and prospects including their follow up to generate sales and secure sustainability long-term
• Customer visits, mainly A, B and C customers defined by the customer segmentation tool – in agreement and together with local distributors and agents
• Actively support the WHK sales team in the development of a
“man-marking tool” and execute for A customers
• Provides timely feedback to Senior Management regarding sales performance and market developments
• Monthly reporting
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing and service offers for all completed prospect applications submitted for approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
• Any price reductions need pre-approval of cluster Sales Management or within agreed band-width
• Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports for assigned sales territories
• Creates, conducts and assists sales proposals presentations as and when needed
• Device and control a local/regional technical training program for distributors and agents
• Pricing and contribution margin analysis and positioning
• Demand planning and rolling forecast for assigned sales territories
• Management and support of distributors/agents including performance
• Collaborating with the Product Manager – Asia taking over projects being ready for commercialization and followed through on a day to day basis including the execution of technical customers service program to re-enforce and strengthen our business relationship and market perception, all marketing activities including organisation of exhibitions and events
• Controls personal expenses to meet budget guidelines
• Adhere and comply with all regulatory frameworks as well as company policies, procedures and business ethics codes in full and always

- The job holder must be capable of formulating proposals and making recommendations relating to sales. The job holder is also required to be proactive and contribute to change.
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese, both written and spoken as well as in English, including those required for presentations, selling ideas, gaining co-operation, influencing and
negotiation.
- The job holder is required to determine own priorities, make sound decisions and recognize when it is right to consult up-wards or across
with peers
- The job holder must be an excellent and pro-active listener, a competent negotiator and is expected to be the prime interface between customers and our Asian organisation as and when required
and necessary.
- The job holder is required to be computer literate with competence in all Microsoft applications, as well as in use of ERP systems
- Well-developed analytical skills.
- Articulate, innovative and confident figure.
- Excellent and pro-active listener, both externally and internally
- Flexible, able to work on own initiative, can deal with more than one project at a time and prioritize accordingly.
- Vietnamese, English negotiation level, Microsoft, technical interest, commercial and financial interest and acumen
