Mô tả công việc
- Manage overall activates of project pursuit team base on Project List
- Manage monthly report for Project Pursuit
- Manage Oil & Gas Projects list and review the plan to follow up those projects.
- Manage strategy progress and the implementation of the assigned projects
- Manage the product sales to consult about technical for customer
- Manage the capacity of TTE to supply goods in each project, then provide guidelines to Salesman and related Departments
- Managing and achieving the sales targets for new sales projects and other big projects / packages.
- Establish and manage sales strategies by month/ quarter/ year.
- Build, maintain and develop relationships with customers and Suppliers/ Principals.
- Advise customers about the products and markets in charge.
- Monitor costs relating to staff’s sales activities in accordance with the Company’s regulations, ensure cost-savings and reasonableness.
- Manage all the work of the team, be responsible for supporting or directly selling in difficult & big cases to ensure that annual sales targets are achieved..
- Provide orientation for sales staff and relevant departments to ensure best price (best gross profit) for sales contracts.
- Be responsible for providing advice and motivation to improve employees’ performances, as well as recruiting and training new employees.
- Perform other tasks as designated by higher-level manager or BOD
- Check and review biding documents & collaborate with PM to make quotation and biding.
- Manage costs related to sales activities of the section according to company rules, ensure saving and reasonable.
- Leadership role to help and guide the team or direct selling for difficult and large cases to meet and exceed annual sales target for team.
- Represent the business at conferences, seminars and networking events

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Engineering strongly preferred.
- At least 10 years of managerial experience in sales management in the same products in oil & gas market.
- Experience in products and systems of Sales is a plus.
- Working experience of handling multi-products, multi – principals & in matrix sales system.
- Proven ability in sales budgeting, planning
- Fluent English (Listening - Speaking – Reading – Writing)
- Confidence in dealing with all kinds of customers at high levels.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, leading and presentation skills
- At least 10 years of managerial experience in sales management in the same products in oil & gas market.
