Sales Manager

The Press Club Hanoi is looking for a Sales Manager who will supervise the sales team and sales’ operations to meet and exceed budgeted revenues while ensuring customer satisfaction. Essential duties and responsibilities of the job holder are as below:
- Responsible for the sales development of our F&B outlets including Banqueting, La Table du Chef Restaurant and La Plume Bar & Lounge.
- Target new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with VIP, key accounts and potential business partners to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing team promote product image and awareness.
- Develop and implement sales processes to ensure achievement of goals.
- Lead sales team to execute sales plan and establish an effective sales call to achieve revenue targets.
- Staff Management: Coaching/Training new staffs, maintaining company’s regulations/rules, managing staff performance in order to maximize their full potential.
- Work with management board to develop strategic sales plan, propose innovative ideas to increase business.
- Prepare and manage sales budget, forecasts and attainment of revenue objectives.
- Liaise with other department heads to ensure the smooth-running of business plan and actions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by BOD.

+ A minimum of 5 years hotel/ restaurant sales experience and an excellent network of contacts are required to succeed in this position.
+ Diploma or Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management would be an asset.
+ Superior written and oral communication skills.

+ An enthusiasm and a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
+ Maturity, excellent interpersonal skills.
+ Proven skills in sales/deal-making, project management and implementation
+ Strong in client connection and client services.
+ Sound knowledge of managing and developing staff.
+ Sound knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self.
+ Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications.
