II) Job description
- Knowledge well the products and business fields of our company (Steel Structure, Wind tower, Boiler)
- To conduct marketing plans and implement these plans in order to develop new customers, new products and services.
- Search the customers in domestic as well as oversea, collect information and receive RFQ from customer.
- Make and send quotations & contract.
- Inform shipping schedule to customer & make payment request.
- Can work with agency company to receive project
- Survey the markets and make the customers list.
- Make the Weekly Sales Target
- Coordinate well with customers as well as other departments.
- Solve the complains, problems, select the option to customer, satisfy customer.
- Arrange and organize the meetings of internal company as well as customer.
- Target key customers and build up long term relationship with them by learning and responding to their needs.
- Develop and maintain long term and sustainable relationship with customer’s decision makers for maximizing business opportunities
- Analysis market, search the potential clients and expand the company’s brand.
- To evaluate the effectiveness of sales by costing and maximizing profits
