Mô tả công việc
1. Assist the Deputy General Director for determines annual unit and gross- profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
2. Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensure attainment of company sales and goals and profitability.
3. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
4. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
5. Establish sales objective by forecasting and development annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
6. Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
7. Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning sales department; following up on work result.
8. Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
9. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop; reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
11. Other duties and task given by Management from time to time.
12. To assist Deputy General Director to monitor and supervise Estimator Department
13. To assist Deputy General Director to monitor and supervise for Vietnam Sales Collection.
KEY PERFOMANCE INDEX (KPI)
1. Ensure Vietnam sales target above USD … million for 2020.
2. Maintain 15% sales target increase yearly.
3. Build at least 5 new customers per year.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical
