Mô tả công việc
• Aggressively prospect & drive sales to achieve target for Vietnam branch
• Build & develop strong relationship with distributors, networkers & business partners
• Insure the creation & execution of strategies designed to increase business coverage as well as continue to develop & maintain existing sales channel
• Insure the execution & development of tactical programs, system trainings, seminars, and other sales activities to achieve targeted goals & objectives
• Side by side support business partners, key accounts to maximize business plan & mutual benefits by deep dive working schedules, monthly follow-up & follow-thru
• Build, develop & duplicate potential leading business partners & key accounts
• Develop, train & coach subordinates on sales tools, supporting programs & daily sales activities
• Others as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business/Marketing or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience at Management level in Retail/FMCG/Direct Selling, business development or equivalent
• Exposures in health care products or related industry is an advantage
• Possess strong business acumen, leadership charisma and a dynamic personality
• Able to work across boundaries, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, excellent presentation skills with Vietnam language, good command of Mandarin and English will be an advantage
• Problem solving, decision making, strategic thinking, result-oriented and analytical skills
• 10+ years of experience at Management level in Retail/FMCG/Direct Selling, business development or equivalent
• Exposures in health care products or related industry is an advantage
