Mô tả công việc
Position purpose:
• Explore and identify new business opportunities for REDACHEM’s products & services in Coatings industry. Develop sales/business projects to capture the identified business opportunities in the north Vietnam
• Handling existing and develop new customers, Working with Business Manager. General Manager to develop/increase product portfolio and deliver profit objective/target in compliance with REDA core values.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle existing customers to secure existing business and develop new products/services to existing customers
• Prospect and develop business relationships with potential customers to qualify and penetrate accounts for REDA business opportunities in architectural Coating but no limit in other Coating application
• Effectively communicate to and develop rapport with customers and prospects. Evaluate customers’ existing and potential REDA’s product & services needs and engage SBUs to make appropriate recommendations and sales.
• Act as the market sensor for REDA’s products and services assigned. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and report competition activities.
• Managing purchase order and follow up stock to optimize but ensure proper and fluent delivery process.
• Managing and follow up customer credit term to ensure collection on time.
• Complete associated paperwork, following each customer/prospect contact in a timely manner to ensure all details of transaction are completed according to approved and standardized procedure.
• Complete and submit all required reports on business development activities in timely manner and in compliance with company policy.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in any Chemical discipline, preferably polymer.
• Minimum 02 year experience in sales or in new business development or having technical background/experience in Coatings industry if no sales experience.
• Strong analytical, planning, and administrative and follow-up skills
• Basic English skill in both Writing and speaking
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
• Willingness to travel within Vietnam and also oversea.
• Self development oriented
