ACCOUNTABILITIES
The job holder of Sales Manager is accountable for:
• Volume Sales and Profitability in line with or exceed budget
• Management of the sales force and dealer network,
• Compliance with all company policies
• Implementation of Total standards: regarding quality (service & products), HSE and Code of conduct.
• Company and site specific promotional activities are implemented according to company guidelines; brand integrity maintained.

ACTIVITIES
PLANNING:
• Together with General Director, set up short term and long term marketing and sales target
• Implement the plan to meet budgeted volumes and margins
• Seeks out & targets new customers and new opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business.
• Develop, maintain and improve business relations with existing customers.

SALES & OPERATIONS
• Coordinate network of direct sales and sub-distributorship to optimize sales and geographical coverage
• Take part in customer prospection and visits to develop sales and maintain business relationships
• Negotiate commercial contracts with customers
• Determine credit limits to customers; within acceptable liquidity risk to the company and ensure customers are within such limit
• Identify liquidity problems that may arise with dealers, distributors or customers.
• Define and implement the marketing actions in order to reach the sales and / or profitability objectives
• Study and suggest use of the investment fund
• Liaise with General Director to ensure proper supply of product
• Ensure that HSEQ and ISO 9001 quality company policies are strictly implemented and adhered to.
• Coordinate with technical departments to check and maintain gas system

MANAGEMENT OF SUB-DISTRIBUTOR
• Establishes performance goals for distributor, and monitors performance on a continual basis.
• Lead the sales force to achieve and exceed sales target.

CROSS FUNCTION RESPONSIBILITY
• Plan and organize customers conferences to popularize the content, documents, decrees and circulars of the State of LPG or provide relevant documents (if any)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education: University graduate
• At least 5- year-experience in sales (LPG is a plus)
• Ability to work with multiple entities and the different departments
• Ability to manage multiple customers in different areas.
• Ability to work with various departments.
• Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese.
• Leadership skills, good analytical and sales.
