What we offer:
· Develop sales plans, activities and campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy for an assigned geography, product line, market segment or list of customer accounts
· Monitor the performance of the sales teams and re-allocate resources
· Prepare sales forecasts and budgets
· Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization; support sales team at important customer visits
· Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and specialty of the region
· Regularly reporting to management, e.g. about regional financial performance, project development, objectives, achievements, sales forecasts, market and industry trends, risks and challenges to overcome
· Development and monitoring of the country´s project pipeline, support of sales team with sales leads and initiatives to increase number of projects. Support of sales team to ensure fastest possible implementation of projects, removal of obstacles and facilitation of sales work
· Contribute to Marketing and Product/Technology Management, support in defining GTM strategy, key applications for the local market environment, core and promotion product range, support in defining product performance gaps and innovation needs.

What we are looking for:
· Successful completion of a university or university of applied science degree course.
· Min. 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in adhesive or other upper stream chemical related B2B businesses, and sales or marketing related.
· Good command of English.
· Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
· Able to work under time pressure and responsibility to deliver measurable results.
· Mobility (frequent traveling) and ability to work efficiently outside of a stationary office place are key requirements of this position.
