Basic Function/ Fungsi Utama
Responsible to negotiate with dealers and develop sales strategic plan, develop/maintain relationship with stakeholders, doing market analysis and competitors analysis, propose target planning and control expenses and increase efficiency and productivity.
Worked Performed /Tugas yang Dilakukan
1 Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, both in traditional and modern markets according to targets set by the Head Office.
2 Analyze and develop MODENA product sales plans / strategies.
3 Analyzing and developing MODENA product market plans / strategies
4 Implement sales and market development strategies, such as conducting in-store promos, etc.
5 Monitor the sales of sales executives to be analyzed and evaluated for sales improvement.
6 Open and develop Channel Distribution for equalizing MODENA products by fostering good relations with dealers and stakeholders.
7 Control the budget and operational costs associated with sales activities.
8 Conduct market surveys and provide information about sales activities and products from competitors, as part of the analysis of MODENA's product sales strategy.
9 Fostering good relations with end-users by coordinating about MODENA product complaints.
Authority/Wewenang
1. Make & propose a target for the sales team underneath so that the target is achieved and the placement of the sales team at the dealer in accordance with the product focus.
2. Assess the performance of the sales team according to product focus
3. Make a promo / exhibition plan at potential dealers.
Achievement Indicator/ Indikator Kinerja
Success in carrying out Marketing, Sales & KPI functions in accordance with the target, developing the skills of the team underneath, controlling operational expenses and maintenance and improving good working relationships with dealers and other partners.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Min Bachelor degree any fields
• Min 3-7 years as manager in consumer electronic/home appliances industries
• Experience in handling general and modern trade market also distributors
• Good leadership, negotiation, analysis, salesmanship, interpersonal and relationship skill
• 30-35 years old, posses own vehicle
