We are seeking an experienced, goal-oriented sales manager to join our growing organization.
* Main Responsibilities
• Manage Sales activity and improving Sales for New Client/New Project.
* Job Description
• Organize a Sales team;
• Make & execute Sales Strategy and Tactics Plan for getting New Sales/New Client;
• Do sales admin activities and connect with accountant and project teams;
• Get New Sales from the world;
• Seek for new customer/client to do marketing and even direct sales, direct marketing;
• Evaluate staffs’ performances to check their goals;
• Work closely with staffs to resolve problems;
• Do timely reporting to the officer;
• Focus on company marketing/web marketing activity;
• Be responsible for the staff’s skill up/staff’s growth;
• Make standardization of management especially for a problem.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 5 years' experience in sales business fields;
• At least 5 years in leadership role and management experience.
• Strong experience in resolving sales problems;
• Solid Understanding/Knowledge about business and sales;
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
