Sales Manager

Sales Manager who is company’s representative, play a key role in meeting our customer’s needs and sales targets. The position will be responsible for crafting sales plans and justifying those to plan to the upper management.

⮚ Revenue growth (60%)
• Establish sales objectives/ sales target.
• Coordinate with related Department to formulate the sales process and procedures.
• Ensure the necessary resources are prepared to serve the sales result.
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures.
• Assist with the development of sales materials (brochure, leaflet, proposals, etc).
• Understand customer needs & market segment to offer the lending package.
• Generate timely sales and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Other tasks under assignment.

⮚ Business development (40%)
• Understand customer needs & market segment to offer the package and identify sales opportunity.
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
• Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts to develop business opportunities.
• Establish business networks, participate in professional societies and industry conventions.
• Develop promotional ideas and material for sales purposes.

• BS/MS degree in business administration or related field.
• 2-3 years successful experience as a sales representative.
• Working experience in banking or finance industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge about fintech, P2P lending is an advantage.
• Have strong business sense and good pressure handling.
• Time management and persuasive skills.
• Willing for continuous business travel within the city and other regions, to industrial zones, trade fairs, workshops, conference, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Fluent in English.
