JOB PURPOSE
The Sales Manager Independent Consumer Electronics is Responsible for developing and maintaining business nationwide, and for developing new strategic customers within the Independent Consumer Electronics channel. The responsibilities include the execution of the central strategies and initiatives, implementation of sales and marketing programs, attaining sales goals assigned for the channel, management of the sales team.
The Sales Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel accounts that represent over and above growth opportunity. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profitability through profitable growth and expansion into new markets.
The position is based in Hanoi and hierarchically reports to the Sales Director Traditional Trade and Projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties & Responsibilities
• Identify retail channel partners for distribution of products in the designated geographies
• Daily customer contact and administration of sales orders; allocation and forecasting of consumer products
• Monitor distributor performance for investments, deliverables, billing and collections
• Customer problem resolution
• Market and competitive intelligence reporting
• Territory analysis and reports as required
• Strategy implementation
• Management Plan achievement
• Negotiate terms and sign partnerships with the retail channel partners
• To ensure placement of products in the retail channel
• Keep track of product movement from the retail channel
• Carry out product promotion events at the channel and outside the channel
• Identify and appoint distributors for products in the designated geographies
• Development of new customers based on corporate direction
• Continuous business planning and forecasting for assigned customers

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum five years of sales management experience and/or business development in the general trade channel of consumer electronics industry
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
