Mô tả công việc

*Basic Functions:
Responsible to develop sales channels locally and to the market abroad in collaboration with the Director of Sales. .
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Sales in the day to day running of sales and marketing plan in Ho Chi Minh City.
Develop and maintain hotel processes to ensure customer accounts objectives are defined and appropriate sales activities are implemented
Is the principal sales and the administrative executive in the assigned region and is responsible for overall operation.
Perform sales and marketing functions or related duties and special projects as assigned and directed by the Director of Sales.
Ensure that the sales system contains guest profiles, company profiles and all relevant information including the call reports.
Being in touch with the market to find out what countries are increasing in arrivals and determine a change of strategy whenever necessary.
Submit sales call reports on a monthly basis with Total number of calls, Past month activities, Production against budget and targets, Major business booked for that month and for the future, Entertainment report, Your top twenty accounts, Any Competitor information, Upcoming projects.
Fully participate in the sales meeting and sales briefings, be proactive and solve problems if needed.
Assist the Director of Sales in preparation of the market analysis, sales goals, marketing plan, special programs and other special reports for hotel management.
Achieving budgeted room nights and achieving functions contribution for the sales department.
Continually research and analyze opportunities for new business
Develop sales action plan and report to the Director of Sales
Ensuring that the grooming is appropriate when contacting or meeting the clients or guests, or whenever appearing in the hotel’s public areas.
Maintain a professional relationship with all departments.
Perform other tasks as defined by the Hotel management board

*Job Profile & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
At least 4 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience, used to be sales representatives for hotels/resort for Da Nang market is an advantage.
Required Skills Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Strong inter-personality skills, proficiency in English communication and computer literate
Strong in driving results, overall sales skills, effective telephone communication skills
Broad understanding of whole sales, room inventory management and Online travel agents
Proven ability in group sales process and related strategies
Maximizing revenue by up-selling packages and creative food & beverage
Understanding and achievement of team and individual goals
Understanding of need time strategy as developed by sales/revenue management
Familiarity and knowledge of all departments within the hotel

Financial Requirements:
To achieve revenue and occupancy for the financial year as agreed and predetermined with the Director of Sales and General Manager.
To actively participate in the budgeting and forecasting process so that input is available ensuring targets are achievable and realistic with growths year on year.
To be part of the key business decisions making team within the hotel controlling the optimum market mix according to budget, market conditions and recent forecasts.
To prepare statistical performance as necessary. Be aware of market trends and competitive set, monitor and evaluate as necessary.
