Mô tả công việc
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Business Development (Sales)
- To get business as per the approved business plan for the branch
- To be responsible for sales promotion activities in his assigned territory
- To handle the sales team & responsible for the achievement of team Targets
- To identify and follow-up with prospective customers and respond to enquiry calls within specific time period
- To maximize conversion of enquiries into orders
- To ensure predefined renewals are achieved
- To keep a close eye on the developments & business opportunities in his territory
- Taking regular meeting of SE's to achieve branch targets
*Customer Service
- To ensure the quality of service delivery
- To maintain good liaison with the customers
- To prepare reports & submit the same on time to the customers
- To attend to complaints & logically conclude them
- To conduct detailed inspection at client's site
- To prepare quotations for the customers through the system
- To give report of customer feedback to the Branch Manager
* Administration & Accounts
- To ensure timely submission of invoices & getting the necessary acknowledgements wherever necessary
- To follow-up for the timely and correct invoicing by the back office
*Maintaining Systems
- Ensure the required systems related to sales are updated on timely basis.
- To prepare Daily and Monthly Sales Report
- To maintain Database of customers
