Sales Manager - Hà Nội

- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls 

- Meeting planned sales goals.

- Tracking sales goals and reporting results regularly

- Overseeing the market, investigate market problems and develop practical solutions;

- Help to build the sales team and develop the sales team ability;

- Develop the distribution system, manage the distrbutors, make reasonable sales plan with full considering of the situation of the distributor and the market;

- Others designated by management

- Educational requirements: Bachelors degree of full-time university or above

- Working experience: 5 years’ working experience or more in field, with experience of Ice Cream preferred .

- Good communication skills and teamwork.

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English or Vietnamese and Chinese;

- With enough distributor and secondary distributor resources preferred.  

- Strong ability to learn, can accept new knowledge easily and carry out accordingly.

- Monthly basic salary ranges from 1000$ to 2000$

- Get 13-month salary for one year

- The specific salary amount depends on the real situation of different candidates,100$-1000$ bonus will be paid if the sales target is achieved;

- The employee will get social insurances and other social welfares which is regulated by the Vietnamese law
