Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the Commercial aspect of the Annual Business Plan
- Develop full year trade programs to drive availability and SOVI, as well as STT
- Develop key priorities based on identified issues
- Recommend:
+ OBPPC and pricing initiatives
+ New outlets to be penetrated/converted, coolers
+ New channels to be penetrated / converted
- Set budgets for DME, CAPEX (coolers), OPEX
- Assess current business situation and identify issues
2. Responsible for the monthly follow-thru of the annual business plan
- Assess current period’s business results and define the issues
- Develop trade programs to bridge the gaps and achieve targets
- Align other resources with cross-functional team
- Get approval of programs from SD, RD and MDM approvers
- Set sales target & Cascade the programs to Sales, MEPs and cross-functional teams to ensure execution
- Track, rank and publish results to ensure execution
- Review:
+ DME, DFR, BU-DME actual spending vs. plan, identify gaps and develop priorities to close the gaps
+ CAPEx and OPEX actual spending vs. plan, identify gaps and develop priorities to close the gaps
3. Recommend pricing initiatives which leads to revenue growth. Lead pilots to test revenue growth opportunities
4. Set the Rolling Estimate for each period
5. Lead the Route to market deployment within GT Region

- University graduate or equivalent
