Mô tả công việc
- Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies to achieve financial objectives and growth of the brands through data-driven decision making while remaining consistent with overall business strategy.
- Develop business and revenue plans for each product line and tracks and reports results to the Managing Director and Executive Team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers and league representatives.
- Lead, manage and develop direct report
- Coordinate trade show needs and manage logistics of show set-ups to support a strong brand presence.
- Create and deliver presentations at various events and sales meetings
- Coach, train and motivate the sales team including in-house Account Executives and external sales agents to develop detailed account plans focused on achieving financial targets while delivering high level of customer service.
- Other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field
- 5+ years working in Garment/Textile sales management
- Proven record of B2B Sales management
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
- Solid business planning skills, strong written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical, organizational and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
