Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, motivate, train sales team to achive best individual performance.
- Manage B2B sales by market segment.
- Manage daily schedule of sales team, appointments and leads to achieve overall KPI.
- Work directly with Hospitality and develop market. Meet, negotiate and close sales.
- Achive company sales target and manage sales personnel sales target.
- Working place: Hanoi and HCMC

Skill & Character:
- Experience in B2B sales (Hospitality, developer will be advantage).
- Having good relationships with commercial project developers such as hotels, resorts, apartments, fitness clubs.
- Good leadership and coaching skills.
- Presentable outlook.
- Achieve, able to think out of the box and find new solutions and ideas.
- Average English and good Vietnamese.
- Age: 30 – 40.
