* Responsibility
1. Establish sale strategy, sale target and sale plan (Short-term, Mid-term, Long-term).
Achieving growth market share, maximizing sale revenue, gross profit and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence
2. Owning recruiting, objectives setting, and performance monitoring of sales representatives ( 10 people) and sale team (20 people)
3. Overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople
4. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, coaching
5. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
6. Present sales, revenue and gross profit reports and realistic forecasts to the management board.
7. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
8. Take responsibility in sale budget and sale reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, e.t.c.).
9. Responsible for all sale and marketing daily activities.
10.Reporting to Deputy Branch Director/Branch Director
* Authority
1. Determine price offer and discount rates to customers under SMD general manager ‘s approval.
2. Approve sales expenditures under company policies
3. Approve sales, administrative issues
4. The request Production staff at Hung Yen factory directly for charging products to meet customers’ urgent/ sudden/ out of schedule requirement
* Benefit:
1. Working time: 8 AM – 4 PM, from Mon – Fri, 2 – 3 mornings Sat/month (8 AM – 11:45 AM), off 2 Sat
2. 12 days annual leave, 3 days summer leave, 2 – 8 days bonus leave
3. Bonus up to 5 months salary
4. Having opportunities for training in overseas (Japan and Singapore)

* Requirement:
1.Graduated bachelor degree in business administration, technical engineering or a related field
2.Having 5-year experience in the same position
3.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
4.Strong business sense and industry expertise
5.Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
6. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
7.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
