Mô tả công việc
- Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within as assigned territory and market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and related services.
- Personally contacts and secures new business customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate the sales functions and selling cycles methodology
- Oversee the sales and distribution activities to identify and develop new customers for the Company’s products and services.
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify sales opportunities, direct sales , and new project development.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Participate in the development of new project proposals as and when required.
- Establish and implement short- and long term goals, objectives, and operating procedures as required by the management.
- Overlook that all sales tools and materials are available to all customers and dealers.
- Promote positive relations with, vendors, and distributors.
- Monitor and analyse sales activities against targets and competitors.
- Responsible for overseeing all sales activities in assigned regions.
- Handle and expedites customer problems and complaints.
- Supply management orally and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Additional :
- Secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a structured sales process and as well relationship-based approach
- Expansion of market share
- Explains Groz-Beckert’s products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting their needs

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University or College degree in Business, Economy or related field.
- At least 5 years proven experience in sales development within a foreign company in Vietnam, preferable in the Knitting/Garment Industry.
- Good connection within the Vietnam garment industry and with the big international fashion preferred
- Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
- Knowledge of structuring sales goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning sales strategies.
- Excellent English language skills both written and orally.
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- High motivation, trustworthy, flexibility, carefulness and reliability.
- Able to work under the direction of a foreign management team.
- University degree, ideally with textile background,
- Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially with foreigner customers.
- Open minded with willingness to explore new ideas
- To be assertive and convincing when necessary
Special working conditions:
- Willing to Travel within Vietnam (30%)
Min. education level:
- University or college
