Mô tả công việc
*JOB PURPOSE:
- Manage and develop industry sales team to accelerate global industry strategy then achieve sales budget
*KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Execute Sales & Marketing activities with team member and guide them that aligned with Global Industry strategy to achieve target. In order to increase total sale (40%).
• KPI: Achievement of Area G10K target sale
2. Follow up every month progress and set countermeasure if there are gap in order to fulfill activities plan (25%).
Work with ATC (Automation Technical Center) & Technical Support members indirectly to Improve or modify PoC (Proof of concept) along with Global Industry Strategy to generate bigger opportunity rather just
a component discussing with customer. In order to enlarge busies opportunity to invite customer top management and discuss in from t of our solution idea machines (10%).
3. Coordinate with other engineering / customer services teams when necessary to ensure effective collaboration among all parties to bring best result in order to to maximize internal resources
to expand sale (15%).
• KPI: Achievement of Area G10K target sale
4. Manage Special price to amend all party use it properly and secure OEP-VN GP to achieve target % in order to avoid necessary discount and keep good GP ratio to be more health organization (10%).
• KPI: Achievement of Area GP Ratio target
5. Work follow the assignment by Managing Director and company (5%).

* Achievements & Experience: At least 05 year experience in both technical, Automation.
