Mô tả công việc
- Propose and implement sales programs and promotions to achieve monthly target.
- Coordinate and communicate between support and business functions to accomplish assigned tasks or solve problems for clients.
- Monitor, evaluate and communicate in a timely basis competitive activity in the territory such as sales, advertising and marketing, pricing and promotion strategies, new products and services.
- Recruit, train and develop a team of management and staff who are equipped and motivated to meet targets set by the company.
- Based on mid-year/ end-year performance review (MMP) to develop individual development plan (IDP) for management and staff.
- Take responsibilities for the studios/ showrooms compliance with Health and safety regulations to protect both employees and customers.
- Other job assigned by Line manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 2 years’ experience in a leadership/manager role.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with handling a team and writing business plans
- Good in English (written and oral).
