Mô tả công việc
This position will report directly to Japanese director and will be in charge of sales department with the function below:
1. Supplier/Material sourcing
- Searching for new supplier/material that meet customer request
- Negotiate the price with supplier/ customer for the best solution
2. Business development
- To be in charge of key client and continuously develop new customer and business
- Lead staff to work and maintain good relationship with customer
3. Reach sales target
- Set sales target for the team and together reach the target
- Other report related to sales/ KPI report
4. Management job
- Lead team and construct staff to handle all the task to their best
- Work with other department to ensure smooth operation of the company
- Other tasks as assigned by director

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Age: 30 - 40
- Graduated from university
- At least 7 years of experience in Japanese company
- Good competence of business English
- Good Computer skill
- Those candidates with ability to understand technical issues, especially customer drawing and work on technical matter with customers will be highly appreciated
