Job Objective:
• Achieve annual sales targets
• Maintain existing sales channels and develop new business
• Build up and improve the relationship with customers, grow the seat business
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell products within the assigned region (Vietnam and ASEAN) to achieve sales target.
2. Maintain good relationship with existing customers. Expand customer base through Japanese OEM and Tier 1.
3. Work closely and maintain the good relationship with plant team.
4. Visit prospective new customers and establish positive relationship which will generates future sales.
5. Lead negotiation in terms of price, payment terms, LTA, etc, any commercial related.
6. Closely work with development team to get quality pre-sales/after-sales technical support which enables the smooth exchanges with customers.
7. Develop short-term, long-term sales plans
8. Be responsible for sales forecast and budget for Vietnam business
9. Submit monthly sales reports on time.
10. Update the management with customers’ feedback, competitor’s activities so that the company can respond to the market changes timely.
11. Provide the information required by Headquarter.
12. Responsible for quote review with Asia team and global team

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. Fluency in Englis for reading/writing/speaking
2. More than 7 years of relevant experience automotive industry
3. Strong negotiation skills
4. Very good commercial sense
4. Strong coordination and leveraging skill and experience to work with inter-department
5. Self-motivated, socially sensitive, able to lead projects, strong communicator especially in cross-functional and multi-national environment
6. Honest and responsible
7. Good Communication and presentation skills
