Sales Logistic

Sales Logistics/ Inbound Logistic:
• Managing delivery schedules and the distribution of documentation
• Managing daily shipping schedules and dispatching trucks for freight pickup
• Maintaining regular contact with customers to determine their daily and weekly shipping needs
• Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
• Ensure customers have full understanding about status of their order
• Ensuring customers’ orders are shipped on time
• Provide follow-up to customers as and when required
• To work both independently and within a team
• Ability to handle multiple functions, priorities and solve problems in fast-paced environment
• Processing of document or orders from Sales team and customers (include Performa Invoice, DO, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality, shipping document etc.)
• To take care of delivery control, payment receivable and stock checking
• Handling import activities (e.g. custom clearance / forwarders) and inventory control
• Extremely organized and detail oriented

Internal Sales Support:
• Preparing and follow up on any sales quotations, advising the best recommendation to customers at a cost best suited for them
• Recommending products/services to the customer to enhance the customer’s benefit
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customer
• Comfortable handling the tough conversations or nasty customers

• Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any field
• 1-2 years’ experience in logistic field
• Basic knowledge about international shipment & customs clearance
• Good communication in English & Vietnamese
• Highly organized
• Good in Microsoft Excel
• Possess positive attitude, willing to learn and a good teamwork player
