Sales Leader (Medical IT)

REPORTS TO: Medical IT Manager


Job Description:
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Ability to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Summarize and analyze customer information, and make sales strategy
• Representing the company at the trade exhibition, business event and demonstration
• Negotiating on prices, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
• Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
• After support and receive customer call as first tier support
• Communicate with software development team to achieve customer requirement

• The ability and desire to sell
• Excellent communication skills
• Having at least 2 years working experience in medical equipment field
• Have experience for IT engineer (ideally medical IT)
• Good listening skill to receive request or complain from customer
• Good relationship with the key hospitals, and doctors; good knowledge of market
• Experience in foreign company or related company is preferable
• The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
• A good level of numeracy
• Preferred language: English
