Sales

• Create effective approaches to generate additional business with existing customers.
• Meet assigned sales quotas by acquiring new customer accounts and renewing and growing existing accounts.
• Forecast and close sales in alignment with company goals.
• Understand the customer's business and technology product requirements.
• Be accountable for growing existing business relationships and acquiring new business.
• Prepare report and summarize data of inventory control status from all Stores.
• Promptly report any discrepancies for further processing of other sections in case of material shortage or exceed inventory.
• Handle all kinds of shipping document, BLs, manifest, D/O.
• To follow up on customer shipment alerts/arrival notice and feedback to customer and overseas stations.
• To make respective shipment arrangement for booking to shipping carriers/co-loaders, pickup / delivery.
• To work out quotations for existing customers and oversea partners.
• To check and verify shipping documents to make sure it is correct before processing for both outbound/inbound cargo.

• Product development,
• Sample material sourcing,
• Material consumption
• Product CBD
• Material preparation and delivery schedule to C/O
• Production management , inspection schedule
• Product testing with accredited labs
• Chemical majored preferred.
• 01 year experienced (preferred) or no experienced.
• Graduated at college or university
+ Good at English in writing & speaking
+ Computer skills of Excel, Word, outlook
