- Sell all facets of the hotel properties.
- Strong about online travel agents, manage the OTAs system to make sure room categories, room rate and promotion run properly and acknowledge Channel Manager
- Handle OTAs promotions and other issues related to these accounts to maintain the revenue from this market segment.
- Handle all issue related to OTAs bookings: guest feedback, complaint, requirements… communicate with guests.
- Find more new business OTA the preparation and action plans for OTAs with local and others markets.
- Maintain a regular sales call and keep good relationship with OTAs
- Follow up competitive set and advise regulars to Manager
- Have some knowledge about Social Media
- Work in line with business requirements
- Other duties as assigned.
- Expert in English (speaking, writing and listening)
